Apple Sampling
The varieties of apples we grow are new to many people so an apple tasting table will be available. We encourage you to drop by the tasting table and sample some apples.
We allow customers to eat apples in the orchard. However, it is important to minimize food waste. If you start eating an apple please do your best to finish it. Please put your apples cores in the blue buckets located at the end of rows and also at the midpoint of rows. We pick up windfalls and apple cores to minimize apple pests and to keep the orchard tidy.
You can prepare by doing the following:
- bring cash to pay for the apples (we do not take other forms of payment)
- have someone in your party learn how to pick an apple (video below) and teach the others in your party
- bring your own bags/buckets to take home apples
- check the website before you drive out, weather or other issues may cause us to close

If you just tug on an apple you may pull the bud off the tree which is bad for the tree.
